I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, close to the Northpoint mall and just next to the Royal Palm restaurant where I attended a wedding dinner. The rooms were spacious and had balconies with a view of the nearby golf course and reservoir. However, I found the service not up to par, as the staff didn't seem very well trained in guest interactions. The dining experience was a letdown, especially with the lack of variety in breakfast options. Overall, a decent value for the money with some room for improvement.
